ACM HotStorage'25 Student Scholarships

HotStorage is committed to enabling as many students as possible to attend based on need. Therefore, we try to waive registration fees for students who need financial assistance. However, the scholarship application process is competitive and scholarships are not guaranteed. Please do not apply for a scholarship if you have other funding available to you, such as through your faculty advisor.

Speakers and presenters at the conference are not guaranteed financial support.

Student grants are intended for current full-time undergraduate or graduate students in computer science. Postdoctoral researchers and staff are not eligible for student funding.

To apply for a student grant, please complete the Google Form with your name, whether you are presenting a paper, and a brief, one-paragraph description of why you are applying for the grant. The deadline for grant applications is June 7, and late applications will not be considered. We will send out our results before June 15th so that unsuccessful applicants can still take advantage of the early registration discount.
